Hospital Services:

Large number of  Inpatients and Outpatients  are availing the services of the department of physical medicine. The statistics for the period from March 2004 to December 2006 encourages to  develop the services further.  These patients are referred from the attached teaching hospital of K. J. Somaiya Medical College. The   clientele includes referral from other hospitals and consultants as well.

Specialised Clinics  :   

1. Antenatal and Post natal Clinic  

2. Pulmonary Rehabilitation      

3. Obesity Clinic

The teaching staff for the  pre-clinical or basic Sciences, para-clinical and clinical subjects are drawn from the Medical College.  The laboratories and museum   are utilized for teaching  the students.  

Services in the Community:

The College has started the Service Centre at  Vidyavihar to impart its services to the community  with low socio-economic status.  This provides opportunity to the community to receive therapy with  latest technical know-how. In turn this helps students to gain  an in-sight into the  physical, architectural problems faced by the slum-dwellers, as well as the solutions for the same.
