STUDENT’S FORUM ANNUAL REPORT

 The year 2009-2010 was one of the best that we had ever witnessed before. That was the most memorable one as it had owed me the responsibility of   Directing and controlling our institute’s co-curriculum department under the Tag of Chairman of Student’s Forum.Yes, you should not misunderstand that I was alone to carry on this activity…… I was getting the helping hands of our vice-chairman MRS .AANCHAL LALLA.The most important part of our  Committee was our 8 glittering diamonds who had very sincerely taken the responsibilities of different sectors. I can also say that this year we have stepped ahead from last many years as we have again started publishing Annual magazine of the institute.

  Our forum members are really at their best and have set apart the corner where all the students and faculties are free to express their creative and  motivational ideas and many more thoughts, the same was named as Students Corner.

  Our 8 secretaries were selected on 24^th September and we all worked very   sincerely for the next day i.e. the day we celebrated “NAVRATI USTAV”. It had witnessed fusion of DANDIYA and GARBA and the awards were given to best costume and for best dancer.

  The 14^th January passed on with celebrating “MAKAR-SANKRANTI” The “TIL GUDS”were distributed to the entire polytechnic from students' Forum and all the students were shining in Black on this auspicious day.

  One should not forget about the blood donation campaign organized by our institute when the students and other teaching and non-teaching staff very actively helped for the social cause.

  The focus on the name K.J.S.P.clearly resembles the all-round performance of the Students and hence we were outstanding under the roof of zonal, inter-collegiate inter-campus and intra-college sports.

15^th to 20^th February was the era when the hidden talents of our students were presented in the form of all diverse events like Rangoli,Mehandi,spell-Bee, ersonality Contest,Quiz and many more Simultaneously different days were Celebrated and together this proves the era of this 5 days as our “AAKANKSHA” fest.

The most awaited day - our “ANNUAL DAY”was celebrated on 6^th March 2010,it witnessed “Sunil Kulkarni”-the chief guest.All the deserved students were given prizes for their outstanding contribtion to the college in various wats.We also had entertainment as the day was sounding in the fusion of dance,dramas ,singing,DJ, and audience full-fledged support of audience Finally unwillingly we all had to say Bye-Bye to the most charmy year.
