Guide Lines for Diploma Admission
- Admission forms for 1st year Full Time Diploma for the year 2008-09 will be available from 3rd day of SSC result
- 50% seats reserved for Gujrati Minority quota
- For Part Time Diploma, forms will be available from 29-May-2008 to 13-Jun-2008
Certificates:
Application should accompany certificates in the form of attested copies by Principal of School/Institute or Gazetted officer/Special Executive Magistrate (along with its original copies for verification purpose only)
For all candidates:
- Statement of S.S.C. marks
- Medical Certificate in prescribed form from competent authority(in original)
- Leaving certificate of the last school/institute attended
- If passed, Statement of marks of HSc/MCVC(for direct 2nd year Diploma, compulsory)
- Intermediate drawing certificate, if passed Intermediate drawing examination
For backward class candidates:
- Certificate of his/her caste from Executive Magistrate authorized by district Magistrate and caste validity certificate wherever required
- Non-CREAMY LAYER Certificate by competent authority valid up to 31st March 2009 for NT & OBC
- If Candidate has not passed qualifying examination from Maharashtra, Domicile Certificate in respect of his/her father/mother
- For children of Central Government Employee, transfer order showing date of transfer.
- For defense and handicapped candidates, certificate in prescribed form given in prospectus.
- For minority(Gujarati linguistics), a letter from any Gujrati cultural or any other association and Affidavit of Rs.100 as per Proforma O, P and Q
