organized by MET Nashik, under the guidance of Mr. R.G. Tambat, Head of Civil Engg. Dept.This is second time that the TYCE students have won cash prize of Rs. 7500/-, and were felicitated by Dr. Naidu, Principal, Govt. Polytechnic. Nashik.

Dr. A.S.Wayal, Senior faculty in Civil Engineering Department received Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering, J.N.V. University, Jodhpur. His topic was " Permeability and infiltration characteristics of dune sand in presence of bentonite ". He has published 4 papers in International Journal, 3 papers in International Conference and 23 papers in National Seminar and Conference

Project: Control of Noise Pollution

First prize in National Level project exhibition (for both Diploma & Degree students)at Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering , Versova. and have won Rs. 5000/- cash and Trophy.

of VI Sem Mech(Batch:2010) has made K.J. Somaiya proud by designing and fabricating an E-Car running without any engine or electric power . With over 150 entries this project has bagged "The viewer's choice award" at national level hardware project competition, organized by " Innovision 2010" Department of Instrumentation Engineering at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Mumbai in Collaboration with ISA

  • 3rd Prize of Rs. 3000/- at the "MSBTE NATIONAL LEVEL PROJECT COMPETITION" held at K.K.Wagh Poly. Nashik on 26th and 27th 2010
  • And 1st consolation Prize at "MSBTE STATE LEVEL PROJECT COMPETITION CUM EXIBITION" held at Govt. Polytechnic Aurangabad on 10 and 11 March 2010
