Research @ KJSIMSR


The Institute actively promotes research by the faculty. Faculty is encouraged to undertake research projects on their own or in collaboration with faculty from other disciplines / institutions in India and abroad.


Some of the researches done in the past are in areas like marketing, strategy, brand building, brand revitalization, consumer behavior, rural marketing, impact of organization redesigning, leadership, motivation, organization behavior, Human Resources management, e-services management and credit market transformations, entrepreneurship and impact of climate change on Small and medium enterprises.


Institute actively encourages research by arranging in-house programmes or sponsors faculty for skill building programmes, which helps / facilitates quality research.


Faculty also facilitate case writing by training faculty in case writing workshops under renowned national /international case writers.  Faculty has already written live cases which have been published by international databases like European Case Clearing House (ECCH) and international journals. Faculty has also won national / international awards in case writing competitions including the one organized by ISB-Ivey and London Business School.


Faculty is encouraged to present papers in national / international conferences of repute, which enables them to network and carry out collaborative research.
