Qualification: Masters is preferable

Required Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience

Job Description:  

  • Good experience of working at the clerical level at the college. Communicate and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, faculties, and other staff.
  • Basic familiarity with standard records-keeping procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data entry. Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using office software, such as spreadsheets, word processing, and database management. Capability to keep records in standard formats.
  • Proficiency in Computer applications, typing speed atleast 40 wpm and advanced MS office. Ability to learn new softwares time to time ( online admission, efficiency in learning and managing online admin work)
  • Good writing and communication skills in English. Assist in preparing interoffice memos, letters, reports and drafting emails.
  • Maintain the office filing system and retrieve material from files as requested.
  • Prepare reports, make travel arrangements, filing and organizing documents, recording minutes of meetings, Compile Documents and any other administrative tasks as assigned by the superior authority 
  • Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Other tasks: handling administrative tasks such as managing records both academic and non-academic, coordinating schedules, assisting students and faculty, handling inquiries, overseeing junior clerical staff,  helping with budgeting, event planning, and other tasks to support the proper functioning of the college.

 

 

Key Skills

The candidate must have a excellent grasp of MS Office, English and email communication, understanding of exam related administration will be a plus.
