Required Qualification and Experience:

• Ph.D in one of the management disciplines from a well-recognized and ranked university
• At least 15 years of experience academic institutions (business schools) of which min 3 years at the level of professor position.
• Prior experience of developing academic programs will be an advantage.
• Industry experience of 3 to 5 years will also be an advantage.

Job Description 

• Develop process to evolving needs of stakeholders an incorporate in academic programs.
• Utilize, improve curriculum evaluation framework to decide courses in a program.
• Conduct comprehensive benchmarking to identify best practices in pedagogy design and program delivery.
• Ensure uniform implementation of pedagogy and teaching excellence to maximize graduate outcomes.
• Develop strong relationship with industry and alumni (with support of respective stakeholders)
• Work closely with accreditation team so our programs meet global and local standards.
• MIS on student progression, faculty impact and other related areas.
