Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Public Policy or a related field.
At least 7-8 years of experience in alumni relations, event management, placements or stakeholder engagement preferably in the University education industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MIS (Management Information Systems) tools
Required Experience:
Familiarity with compliance processes, particularly in collaboration with corporate, legal, and finance departments
Demonstrated experience in designing, planning monitoring and executing high-quality activities and events in collaboration with other institutions/associations
Careful attention to detail
Linguistic Proficiency (Gujarati, Marathi Preferrable - in addition to Hindi/English)
Ability to collaborate with external partners and coordinate with internal teams effectively
Key Skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Pleasant personality with interaction skills to deal with a diverse alumni public with widely ranging demographics
