Manager Alumni Relations

Job Description

 

Qualification:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Public Policy or a related field.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in alumni relations, event management, placements or stakeholder engagement preferably in the University education industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MIS (Management Information Systems) tools

Required Experience:

  • Familiarity with compliance processes, particularly in collaboration with corporate, legal, and finance departments
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, planning monitoring  and executing high-quality activities and events in collaboration  with  other institutions/associations
  • Careful  attention to detail
  • Linguistic Proficiency (Gujarati, Marathi Preferrable - in addition to Hindi/English)
  • Ability to collaborate with external partners and coordinate with internal teams effectively

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Pleasant personality with interaction skills to deal  with a diverse alumni public with widely ranging demographics
