In accordance with UGC Circular “D.O. 14-4/2012 (CPP - II) dated 18 th June 2013” and as per the Higher And Technical Education Department, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, dated the 30th September 2022, Notification of Statutes Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Mumbai ACT – 2019 No. MISC-2021/C.R.56/UE-4 Somaiya Vidyavihar University has established a Grievance Redressal Committee. To entertain, adjudicate and redress grievances of the students and the employee of the university.

Student & employee who are registered on the portal may lodge a grievance by logging in through their username / phone number. If not already registered, please register yourself on our portal by clicking on the tab ‘Register’. It is mandatory to provide all your details mentioned in the form.
After logging in with your username / phone number, complete the grievance registration form.
You will be allotted a grievance registration number, once the form is submitted
You may track the progress of your grievance by clicking on ‘view grievance status’.
An acknowledgement and resolution details will be sent to the email id. Given during registration.
The turnaround time for acknowledgement of grievance is 3 working days & for resolution of complaint is 15 working days from date of receipt of the grievance
