Drug Design & Discovery group aims to advance research in drug design and discovery, with a focus on areas such as marine biotechnology, cancer biology, and neurodegenerative diseases. It is currently equipped with a fully functional cell culture laboratory and has secured extramural research grants.
Regenerative Agriculture Systems is community-centric research group focuses on advancing studies in soil ecology, microbiome analysis, and regenerative farming practices to improve soil health and crop yield. Leveraging high-throughput analytical techniques, metagenomics, big data & AI, we aim to provide farm-based recommendations for small and medium farm holding communities. Equipped with state-of-the-art molecular biology and analytical lab facilities, our consortium includes stakeholders from industrial, academic, research, and farming communities respectively.
