K J Somaiya Institute of Management is set to host the INDAM Special 2025 in collaboration with the Indian Academy of Management (INDAM) on 12th & 13th September 2025. With the theme 'Vibrant MSMEs - Leadership and Sustainable Growth in Focus', the conference aims to explore the pivotal role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in driving sustainable development and economic resilience.
We welcome papers across key tracks in Strategy, Finance, Accounting & Economics, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Marketing, General Management, Case Study in MSMEs and Poster Presentations. Selected papers may be considered for publication in reputed partner journals.
