About the Speaker:

Dr. Meenal Katarnikar is a prolific scholar and author with over two decades of academic experience in Indian Philosophy, specializing in Epistemology, Jainism, Buddhism, and Research Methodology. Currently a Professor at the University of Mumbai, she has supervised more than 20 doctoral theses and numerous MPhil dissertations.

Dr. Katarnikar’s extensive research includes three authored books and more than 55 published articles in leading journals. She has been a recipient of prestigious fellowships, including those from the University Grants Commission and the Indian Council of Philosophical Research.

Her international engagements include presentations in Germany, Greece, Russia, and Canada. Furthermore, Dr. Katarnikar has actively contributed to inter-religious and interfaith dialogue for over two decades, collaborating with global organizations such as Focolare.
