Dr. Veena Khilnani has been a dedicated faculty member in the Department of Chemistry since 2002, with over 20 years of experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and specializes in Green Chemistry, nanomaterials, and sustainable technologies.

An enthusiastic educator and researcher, she has completed five research projects and has published 15 research papers in reputed national and international journals. Her research guidance spans across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels, with three Ph.D. students currently under her supervision.

Dr. Veena  actively contributes to curriculum development, internal quality assurance, and student mentorship. She has received several accolades for research mentoring, including first and third prizes in student presentations and a consolation prize for project excellence. She is also keenly involved in community outreach and rural engagement initiatives.

A firm believer in integrating technology into education, she adapted digital tools effectively during the pandemic and continues to enhance her teaching methods through ICT.
