Dr. Vilasini Jadhav is currently working as an Associate Professor in the area of Marketing and IB at K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai, India. She is Science (Statistics) Graduate from University of Mumbai and has done Masters in Business Administration with Marketing specialization from University of Pune. She has a prior work experience of 20 years, comprising of 9 years in industry and 11 years in academics. Her industry experience of 9 years covers areas such as Retail Category Management, Product Management, Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management in Marketing.
Dr. Vilasini Jadhav has completed her Ph.D. from University of Mumbai. Her research areas include Retailing in India and Other Countries, Online and Offline Retail, and Retail Consumer Behavior. In her doctoral program she has worked on the Online Buying Behavior of the college students in Mumbai. She has participated and presented in national and international conferences and published in national and international journals.
