Introduction

Dr Rashmi Jain is a prudent industry marketing expert and a seasoned academician with over 22 years of years of rich experience in designing customer-centric strategies for growth, building innovative product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies for portfolios of products for some of the largest companies in India and training the bright young minds pursuing MBA to excel in marketing domain.

Digital & Social Media Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Innovative Marketing Technology (Martech), Customer Experience, Design Thinking, and Data visualization are her areas of expertise. In these domains, she has undertaken consultancy projects with organizations like Future Group, law enforcement agencies, Cogknit technologies etc

Dr Jain has trained many industry professionals through customized executive training programs (Management Development Programs) in large organizations like Godrej & Boyce, Wellness Forever, Future Group, IIIP, Future group, Infidigit Solutions and many more.  A blend of thought-provoking concepts, industry-specific examples/ case studies, and hands-on projects for the learners make her sessions highly engaging, interactive, and well-appreciated by the learners.  She has been invited as an expert speaker at the World Marketing Summit organized by Kotler Impact and various summits organized by the SME Chamber of India.

Dr Jain is actively involved in research that is relevant to the industry and significantly contributes to academic knowledge. Her research interests include AI in marketing, social media, customers’ interaction with technology etc.  She has numerous research paper publications in national and international journals of repute, including ABDC journals. She is a reviewer for Sage Journals and Taylor& Francis journals.

Dr Jain creates synergies between consultancy, research, and teaching to contribute significantly to academia and industry practices
