Dr. Vaishali kiran Ghadyalji
She takes pride in being a pioneer member of KJSIEIT as she is working in the esteemed institute since September 2002 as Assistant Professor in English ( Communication Skills/ Business & Communication & Ethics). She describes herself as a very positive and confident person; ready to accept new challenges and meeting them sincerely and tirelessly to achieve success.
She has actively carried out various administrative and academic responsibilities in the capacity of a co-ordinator for Direct Second Year Admissions, Nakshtra –Marathi Bhasha Wangmay Mandal-Women’ Development Cell, Central Teacher, B.S. & H. Department representative for Academic Committee, IQAC, Exam Cell as well as the cultural committee for the festival from time to time. Currently she is handling the responsibility of In-charge Exam Cell.
She has a consistent excellent academic record of achieving National Merit Scholarship Certificates at both S.S.C. and H.S.C. examinations, stood sixth in the merit list of Aurangabad Board at H.S.C., secured first class at graduation and post-graduation levels as well, secured first position in PET (Ph.D. Entrance Test) of S.R.T.M. University, Nanded. Literature has always been her first love. She has obtained Ph.D. in English literature with a specialization in English drama.
Language teaching is her inherited passion as her mother (Head of the Department of Marathi) and father (Head of the Department of English) are retired professors of a degree college.
She believes in the epithet that ‘a teacher is an eternal student.’ Perhaps this has always encouraged her to keep herself busy with various scholastic activities such as research work, writing books, publishing research papers in national and international journals and reading papers at conferences. Her vision is to learn and gain more expertise in English language and literature and always enthusiastically satisfy the teacher within her by exploring the innovative methods of language teaching for her students.
She describes her constant desire to work for the betterment of the college and society in the words of Robert Frost:
“The woods are lovely, dark and deep
