Milind U. Nemade joined KJSIEIT as a Faculty in 2004, after nearly 8 years of service to RGIT Andheri, Mumbai. At RGIT, he worked as a lecturer in Electronics and Telecommunication Department  He also involved in many academic and administrative works performed in the department. Before joining RGIT Faculty, he did graduation in Electronics and Telecommunication from S.S.G.M College of Engineering, Shegaon, affiliated to Amravati University and post graduation in Electrical (Microprocessor Applications) from M. S. University of Baroda. He completed Ph. D in the year 2014 from M. S. University of Baroda. His area of research is Speech Processing. He is a member of IEEE, Life member of ISTE, Associate member of Institution of Engineers and Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Enginners (IETE), Member of Instituttion of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and Member of IEEE. He is a author of technical book titles, Principle of Computer Engineering, Filter Theory, Computer Architecture and organization and Fundamental of Digital Computer published by Vipul Prakashan, Girgaon.

He is currently working as Head of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Department and Professor and Head of Electronics Engineering Department. He also worked as Associate Professor and Head of Electronics and Telecommunication Department and served in many administrative positions. In addition serving actively in KJSIEIT activities, he has participated in many Short Term Training Programs (STTP) organized  by ISTE New Delhi in various colleges .He has presented 2 papers in National and 15 papers in International conferences and published 21 papers in International peer reviewed journals. He reviewed many papers in International Conferences. He worked as Principle Investigator in three research projects sanctioned by University of Mumbai for the academic year 2012-13, 2015-16 and 2019-20 respectively and worked as co investigator in 07 research projerct sanctioned by University of Mumbai. He is invited as session chair in different IEEE International conferences. He is a PhD Supervisor in University of Mumbai for Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Five students completed PhD under his guidance. He reviewed many thesis and worked as external examiner for PhD examination in other universities.

One innovation patent granted by Australian Government IP Australia, Patent No: 2020104349, titled "An Autonomous capsule maker and filler and a method of making capsules therein" on March 3, 2021. Five patents published under Intellectual Property India, Govt. of India, Wadala, Mumbai during 2019. He worked as Dean of Industry Institute Intraction Cell (IIIC) of KJSIEIT. As a part of IIIC, KJSIEIT placed in GOLD and PLATINUM category in the Ind Pact survey jointly conducted by AICTE and CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) for industry linked technical institutes 2016 and 2017 respectively. He is Chairman of BoS in Electronics Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in KJSIEIT. For last five years he is working as Result Moderation committee member of University of Mumbai. He is also Result Moderation and Assessment Committee member of KJSIEIT. He worked as Syllabus Revision Committee member of University of Mumbai and KJSIEIT. He worked as external academic auditor for different institutes

He received “Best HOD of the Year 2019” award from CSI-TechNext India 2019 Education creating a Digital Ecosystem Annual Academic Awards (2019) and Conference on 28^th Sept. 2019 at S. P. Mandali’s Principal L.N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai. “Best Researcher Award 2020” award in 10th International Scientist Awards on Engineering, Science and Medicine, Hyderabad, India on Sept. 26-27, 2020 and “Best Teacher Award 2020” award by InSc Institute of Scholar in recognition of valuable contribution to the academic committee and students.

He is also appointed as a Technical Consultant in Applied Digital Microsystems (ADM) Pvt. Ltd, for development of research project.
