A BEAD/PEARL COATING DEVICE
The invention relates to a bead/pearl coating device which coats the pearls with paint or coating materials for enhancing their aesthetics. Traditionally the pearls/beads were painted with hand. Alternatively, the available machines require pearls to be dipped into paint and tied with strings in the oven for drying of paint. The process is hazardous as the paint is flammable and the dripping paint from the pearls/beads can cause fire causing loss. The bead/pearl coating device of present invention offers simultaneous coating of multiple beads/pearls by putting them in a device (200) comprising a horizontally rotatable drum (100) having a shaft (60) with baffle forks and air channels for separating and coating beads, which is connected to an air blower (40) with a heater cum hot air heat exchanger (40™) and rotated using a motor assembly with driver and driven gears. It is more efficient, economical, safe and easy to handle.
