Pressure vessels, vital in the Energy Sector, are required to go through rigorous structural safety assessments. Traditional stress analysis methods are effective but integrating artificial intelligence (AI), particularly deep learning with neural networks like Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), enhances precision. This work explores Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML) application in revolutionizing pressure vessel’s stress analysis, encompassing dataset examination, AI model development, robust evaluation metrics, and realworld user interactions. Results indicate the successful model functioning, paving the way for further exploration in this transformative concept.
