The integration of Internet of Things (IoT) into energy management systems has been changed energy grids and energy technologies; with technological advancement increase in cybersecurity concerns has been introduced significantly. Observation and manipulation of sensor data has become easier particularly through cyber-attacks such as man in the middle attack (MITM), Due to this cyber-attacks credibility of sensor data is been affected which can result into drastic disruption in energy grid and energy technologies operations.
