• She graduated in French literature and certified as a psycho therapist, has had a vast career while working with brands like ICICI, Tata Teleservices and Reliance Infocomm. 
• She started her softskill training journey in 2012 in Lagos where she worked as a teacher and helped passing out students for personality development and personal counseling. 
• She has now launched her own company Jaya Obhan Training Systems and Power Up! Business. 
• She is actively engaged in people development initiatives for corporates and individuals.
• She is a counselor and a business coach and helps individuals and businesses scale up and achieve a focused vision.
