Dr. Anand B. Bodhale started his career as a Lecturer in English at Milind College of Arts, Aurangabad in 2002. To his credit, he has obtained his  M.A. (Eng.) and  M.Phil. (African-American Literature) degrees from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar  Marathawada University, Aurangabad. He has also received his  Ph.D. in English from the University Department of English, University of Mumbai. At present, he teaches courses like Communication Skills, Professional Communication Skills, and Life-skills through English Literature to graduate students of different engineering programs as an  Assistant Professor. He has contributed to the syllabus designing work of UG and PG programs in English Language and Literature and Business Communication as a member of the Board of Studies (BOS). 

His research interests include Applied English, English Language Teaching (ELT), Technical Communication/ Technical Writing, Literature of Oppressed / Marginalized, African-American Literature, Cultural Studies, Indian English Literature or Indian Writing in English, Auto-narratives, and Dalit Autobiographies.
