Admissions Process

  • Outstation students are given first preference for hostel stay
  • Hostel admission is based on first come first serve basis.
  • Students need to tick 'yes' for hostels while filling an online college admission form.
  • For residential verification, photocopy of Pan card / Aadharcard / Passport should be uploaded on the portal is a must.
  • On verification of the uploaded documents, an email with payment link will be sent to the student for making hostel payment.
  • Students after making the payment, will be informed about their room and bed by the hostel in charge on their arrival to hostel.
  • Any rejection of the students’ admission to hostel will be communicated via email.
  • Consumption of Food from the Hostel Mess is compulsory for all the students opting for admission in the hostels.
  • Local students’ admission for hostel will be considered after the outstation students admission
  • Admitted students should upload their LATEST PHOTOGRAPH on the MY ACCOUNT option of the PORTAL
  • Students who have procured admission in respective colleges and paid their college fees & received the receipt for the same and interested in availing hostel should click Yes tab for hostel while filling online form.
  • Hostel and Mess Fees will be for 1 academic year only. Students will have to pay for the entire 1 academic year fees at the time of joining the hostel.
  • At the beginning of the academic year students will have to inform the hostel office of their arrival minimum 15 days in advance through an email to the concerned authority.

Documents Required

Admitted students must bring the following document on the day of arrival to Hostel:

  • One LATEST Photograph has to brought for the hostel I-CARD
  • Print the document 'NOTICE’ which has a student undertaking , which is to be signed by the students and their parents . This signed copy has to be submitted to hostel office on arrival.

Refund Policy

  1. 1st Year / New Admission :
    1. A student who wishes to get his/her admission cancelled must apply through the My Account Portal.
    2. Newly admitted students who wish to cancel their hostel admission due to a change in college admission or for any other reason will be applicable for refund as below :

      Fees Refund

      a. 100% 15 days from the First date of the month commencement of the course : 100% refund of fees paid. (Stay Charges Applicable)
      b. 80% 16-30 days from the First date of the month commencement of the course: 80% refund.
      c. 0% After 30 days from the First date of the month commencement of the course : No refund.
      d. Deposit Return Students who vacate the hostel are required to claim their deposit within 6 months from the date of leaving. Deposits not claimed within this period will lapse and not be refunded.
  2. 2nd 3rd and 4th year Admission Cancellation Policy:
    1. It is mandatory for students residing in the hostel and wishing to cancel their admission during the academic year to serve a two-month notice period, intimating the Hostel Warden in writing. Please take note that cancellation of admission will not entail any refund of fees.
    2. Students are not eligible for any refund of the hostel Fee under the following conditions :
      a. Discontinued hostel after One month of date of admission
      b. Termination from the hostel on disciplinary ground.
    3. Hostel Clearance Guidelines
      Hostellers must handover furniture and other hostel property in good condition when vacating the room. Failure to do so will result in charges for damaged furniture/materials being levied on the concerned student.
    4. Refund for Foreign/NRI Candidates :
      For Foreign/NRI candidates, refunds will be made in accordance with RBI/Foreign Exchange Regulations.
    5. Refund Processing :
      All refunds will be processed by the respective university units upon receiving approval from the Head of the Institution. Refund will be made only after the candidate has surrendered:
      • ID Card
      • Original fee receipt
      • Dues clearance certificate
      • Cancelled Cheque
    6. Hostel Deposit Refund Policy:
      Students who vacate the hostel are required to claim their deposit within 6 months from the date of leaving. Deposits not claimed within this period will lapse and not be refunded.
    7. Refund Policy Disclaimer
