Documents Required

Admitted students must bring the following document on the day of arrival to Hostel:

  • One LATEST Photograph has to brought for the making of the hostel I-CARD
  • Print the document 'NOTICE’ which has a student undertaking , which is to be signed by the students and their parents . This signed copy has to be submitted to hostel office on arrival.

Hostel Cancellation Policy

I Hostel Cancellation Policy For 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-Year Students:

  • If any student staying in the hostel wants to cancel admission in between the academic year that is from the date of admission into the hostel then the student can cancel admission by informing the hostel warden One months before leaving the date and there would be no refund of fees in any case.

II Hostel Cancellation Policy For 1st Or Any New Admission:

  • New admitted students wish to cancel the hostel admission 10 days before the date of admission to the hostel, due to a change in college admission or any other reason then:
    • Fees will be refunded within 60 days of cancellation after charging Registration charges of 1500/- and Cancellation Charges of 1000/-
    • If the student cancels the admission within 15 to 30 days from the date of admission then Registration Charges of 1500/- and Cancellation Charges of 1000 will be deducted and from the remaining fees 80% of fees will be refunded
    • If the student cancels the admission after 30 days from the date of admission in the hostel then no fees will be refunded

III

  • If in case any students stay over 3 days in the same month then 15 days charge would be applicable.
  • If more than 17 days, then full month fees will be charged.

IV. Hostel Deposit refund policy:

  • Any student leaving the hostel will ensure to collect the Deposit within 8 months from the date of leaving of the hostel. After 8 months deposit will not be refunded.

Note: Please note Mess fee is not included in the hostel fees and Mess is compulsory. Mess fees is Rs. 6,000/- per month

Disclaimer

  • If for any said reason, students need to extend their stay in hostel, then there will be extra charged levied to them.
    • If the stay is from 1st day of the month to 15th day of the month, then student need to pay extra charges for 15 days only.
    • If the stay exceed beyond 15th day of the month, even for single day till end of the respective month, then student needs to pay 1 month charges.
  • Hostel and Mess Deposit are charged only in the first year of admission to the hostel and refundable only on completion of course or discontinuation of stay in hostel whichever is earlier.
  • In-case of any damage or loss of the hostel property , caused by the students or due to any misconduct of the student during their stay in hostel, the charges will be paid by the student immediately as applicable as per list in the Hostel Rule Book, on the portal, by the student, as directed by the Warden/Rector of their respective hostel. If the penalty amount for any act exceeds the amount mentioned in the penalty list then the same will be deducted from the hostel deposit.
