Admissions Process

  • Outstation students are given first preference for hostel stay
  • Hostel admission is based on first come first serve basis.
  • Students need to tick 'yes' for hostels while filling an online college admission form.
  • For residential verification, photocopy of Pancard / Aadharcard / Passport should be uploaded on the portal is must.
  • On verification of the uploaded documents, an email with payment link will be sent to the student for making hostel payment.
  • Students after making the payment, will be informed about their room and bed by the hostel in charge on their arrival to hostel.
  • Any rejection of the students admission to hostel will be communicated via email.
  • Consumption of Food from the Hostel Mess is compulsory for all the students opting for admission in the hostels
  • Local students’ admission for hostel will get consider after the outstation students admission .
  • Admitted students should upload their LATEST PHOTOGRAPH on the MY ACCOUNT option of the PORTAL .
  • Students who have procured admission in respective colleges and paid their college fees & received the receipt for the same and interested in availing hostel should click Yes tab for hostel while filling online form .
  • Hostel and Mess Fees will be for 1 academic year only. Students will have to pay for the entire 1 academic year fees at the time of joining the hostel.
  • At the beginning of the academic year students will have to inform the hostel office of their arrival minimum 15 days in advance through an email to the concerned authority.

Documents Required

Admitted students must bring the following document on the day of arrival to Hostel:

  • One LATEST Photograph has to brought for the making of the hostel I-CARD
  • Print the document 'NOTICE’ which has a student undertaking , which is to be signed by the students and their parents . This signed copy has to be submitted to hostel office on arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Student who desire to cancel their hostel admission ( only under medical emergency of self or parents at home ) in the mid of their Academic Year , need to send an application for cancellation approved by their respective HOI with reasons, to the Warden /Rector . On the receipt of the application for cancellation , the process of cancellation and refund will be initiated in accordance with the rules and regulation . Students who wish to cancel their hostel admission need to fill a clearance form , available at the hostel office, a week before leaving the hostel.

Hostel Cancellation Charges

On cancellation of the hostel Admission the following will be done

  • The cancellation can be only
    • if admission of the college is cancelled and hence the hostel stands cancelled.
    • Cancellation is due to any medical emergency of the student.
    • Any other case will be at the discretion of the management.
  • An amount of Rs. 1000/- will be charged.
  • In case of any cancellation during the Academic year the charges will be calculated on pro-rata basis.

Disclaimer

  • If for any said reason, students need to extend their stay in hostel, then there will be extra charged levied to them.
    • If the stay is from 1st day of the month to 15th day of the month, then student need to pay extra charges for 15 days only.
    • If the stay exceed beyond 15th day of the month, even for single day till end of the respective month, then student needs to pay 1 month charges.
  • Hostel and Mess Deposit are charged only in the first year of admission to the hostel and refundable only on completion of course or discontinuation of stay in hostel whichever is earlier.
  • In-case of any damage or loss of the hostel property , caused by the students or due to any misconduct of the student during their stay in hostel, the charges will be paid by the student immediately as applicable as per list in the Hostel Rule Book, on the portal, by the student, as directed by the Warden/Rector of their respective hostel. If the penalty amount for any act exceeds the amount mentioned in the penalty list then the same will be deducted from the hostel deposit.
  • Hostel mess fees will be 50,000 for the new admission to the hostel.
